Omar Cane

Always available, anytime, anywhere — 24/7. Omar personally oversees every matter. He is the official agent, which means all yacht documentation is handled legally and professionally. He handles all arrival and departure formalities, immigration, and official documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for every vessel.

With over 20 years of trusted industry experience, Omar has direct contacts across suppliers, service providers, ports, and shipyards, making him a reliable partner for all yachting needs.

“The bond that unites me to the sea has very deep roots, thanks to a family with countless sea miles on their shoulders. After earning a diploma as a technical engineer at the Nautical Technical Institute, I obtained a degree in Maritime Economics and Transport, specializing in Maritime and Port Management. Following graduation, I further explored the yachting sector, obtaining the Certificate of Tourist Port Operator and the title of Registered Ship Agent.”

Fulvia Boidi

Co-owner of The Doc Yacht Services, Labour, Immigration, and Fiscal Consultant.

Fulvia is responsible for the development and expansion of the company, as well as for managing business relations with partners. She handles the preparation of business contracts, commercial quotations, and all necessary client documentation, fully compliant with Italian bureaucratic requirements.

A true expert in Italian bureaucracy, Fulvia knows how to prepare any application flawlessly. From visas (Type D, Type C, transit visas) to the Italian Tax Code and immigration procedures, she brings the precision, experience, and insight required to achieve results even under the strictest regulations.

“Licensed under n. 252/2013 for Italian payroll and labor consultancy, I hold a degree in Economics and Human Resources and a major in Economics and General Management from the University of Genoa. I have extensive knowledge of tax and immigration law and have worked in various professional firms specializing in these areas. I am an expert in Italian bureaucracy and speak English and French.”

Nicole Poltavtseva

Head of Public Relations and Formalities

With a background in journalism and diplomacy, Nicole knows how to make complex matters simple and ensure everything is done efficiently — often ahead of schedule.

From processing all captain’s documents to coordinating mechanics, welcoming guests and arranging transfers, scheduling police appointments for the crew, and preparing documents for the coast guard, Nicole ensures that everything runs smoothly. You can relax knowing every detail is already taken care of.

Nicole is also the author at Globe Today’s, combining her journalistic expertise with hands-on yachting experience.

“I studied journalism and completed a postgraduate degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. From television work to organizing major events and Arctic expeditions, I have learned that effective communication is key. I leverage both traditional and new media to ensure our clients receive first-class service. Available 24/7, I speak Russian, English, Italian, and Spanish. Our goal is to handle any challenge and exceed expectations, so you can simply enjoy your yachting journey — we take care of everything else.”

Alessandro Calello

Head of Client Management & Yacht Operations & PR Specialist

Alessandro orchestrates the best mechanics and technicians, ensuring every task is completed on time and to the highest standard. His exceptional communication skills allow him to connect effortlessly with everyone — he speaks English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish.

He also oversees onboard provisions, sourcing the freshest local products in line with the Italian “zero-kilometer” tradition. And naturally, Alessandro ensures the perfect music and atmosphere for every moment on board.

“My passion for the sea began early with sailing and diving, earning certifications that I later enhanced with STCW and Yacht Deckhand courses. At 21, I set out to build a global career in tourism, ultimately becoming an International Entertainment Manager for a renowned 5-star hotel chain. This experience honed my skills in public relations, customer service, and operations management. Most know me as Super Alex. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service, building trust, and exceeding expectations to make every client’s experience truly unforgettable.”
